What we file

Two pathways to Canada: temporary and permanent.

Every application starts by identifying the right category. We handle both sides of the process — getting you into Canada, and helping you stay.

Temporary Residence

— work, study & visit

Work Permit

Employer-specific and open work permits for skilled and temporary workers.

Visitor Visa

Temporary resident visas for family visits, tourism and business travel.

Study Visa

Study permits for Designated Learning Institutions, plus post-graduation planning.

LMIA

Labour Market Impact Assessment support for Canadian employers sponsoring foreign workers.

Permanent Pathways

— settle & protect

Permanent Residence

Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs and other PR streams, assessed for your profile.

Spousal Sponsorship

Inland and outland sponsorship for spouses, partners and dependent family members.

Citizenship

Guidance through residency requirements, the citizenship test and application filing.

Refugee Visa

Protection claims and refugee sponsorship applications handled with care and confidentiality.

How it runs

From assessment to landing, in five stages.

The same process underlies every file we open, whichever pathway fits your situation.

01

Assess

We review your profile against current IRCC criteria and shortlist eligible pathways.

02

Prepare

Documents, forms and supporting evidence are compiled and checked line by line.

03

File

Your application is submitted through the correct IRCC or provincial channel.

04

Track

We monitor your file, respond to requests for additional information, and keep you updated.

05

Land

Visa issued, permit approved, or PR confirmed — we help you plan the move itself.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How long does a Canadian visa or PR application take?

Processing times are set by IRCC and vary by program, country of application and case complexity. We give you a realistic estimate for your specific pathway during the initial assessment, and keep you updated if timelines shift.

What is an LMIA and do I need one?

A Labour Market Impact Assessment is a document some Canadian employers need before hiring a foreign worker. Whether one is required depends on the job, the program and the worker's status — we confirm this during your assessment.

Can you help if my application was previously refused?

Yes. We review the refusal reasons, assess whether to reapply, appeal, or pursue a different pathway, and rebuild the file to address what went wrong.

Do you work with clients applying from outside Canada?

Yes — consultations are available remotely by phone or video regardless of where you're currently based.
